Dong Quai Root Extract

Hops flowers often used in herbal medicine to alleviate insomnia and promote relaxation. Hops has a calming effect helps manage anxiety and when combined with Valerian has a calming sedative effect. It helps to encourage sleep by subduing anxiety, restlessness, irritability, and nervousness due to its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory qualities.
