We process each order normally within 1-2 business days and ship all our Australian and New Zealand orders via Australia Post. International orders are sent via DHL. You can receive tracking notifications when your patches are on their way to you, and shipping times depend on where you live.

If you need to change your order once it has been placed, then please email us at info@drpatches.net as soon as possible with your order details and we will do our best to help. However, if the order has already been processed and sent to you, unfortunately we will not be able to change your order.

Store the pouch in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Patches are best placed on a relatively hairless area of skin, such as the upper arm, shoulder, inner wrist, lower back, or abdomen. If you have sensitive skin, it is a good idea to regularly rotate where you put the patches to avoid any skin irritation.

All our patches are not only latex free, but also gluten free, dairy free, vegan and not tested on animals.

All our patches last between 8-10 hours and can be left on for up to 24 hours.

All our patches have a long shelf life of 2+ years and you can find the expiry date on the back of each product.

Some people have skin sensitivity, if so, try using the patches for a shorter amount of time or placing the patch on a different area of skin. Using the patches on a tougher area of skin such as the sole of the foot or the shoulder balde can be a great solution if you have more sensitive skin.

Yes they can! All our patches are waterproof and can be worn in the shower and swimming.

Our patches are carefully designed combinations of ingredients and are designed to be worn one at a time.
