We normally process all orders within 1-2 business days and ship worldwide out of our Melbourne warehouse.

Australia

All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post. 

• Standard Shipping:  FREE on domestic orders (shipping typically 3-12 business days)

• Express Shipping: A$12 or FREE on orders over A$100 (shipping typically 2-5 business days)

International Shipping

• All International Shipping: A$20 or FREE on orders over $100

Information on Taxes and Duties

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.

If you refuse your delivery, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any applicable tax and duties charges, and the cost of returning the package and will not be entitled to a refund.

As DHL Express is a priority service, you may be contacted prior to your order being released to notify you of any relevant fees that may be applicable to your purchase.
